CGL take Health & Safety very seriously and recognise our Legal responsibilities as well as our moral obligations to our employees and clients in line with the Health, Safety and Environmental legislation. The Wellbeing of our workforce is paramount, and we work hard to ensure no-one is intentionally injured or our workforce have caused injury to others due to a lack of Health & Safety care.

Our Workforce are trained to Industry Standards through CPS – CSCS, SSSTS and NPORS training as a minimum to ensure competence and ability in understanding their duty of care to themselves and other contractors/Clients at sites.

CGL employ their own Health & Safety Manager to carry out any additional training through toolbox talks to keep the workforce up to date with legislation and any changes that may affect the way they work at site. Our H&S Manager and workforce work hard to maintain high standards on all sites to ensure our clients are satisfied the work is carried out in a safe and competent way.
